I’m still wanting to know about the status of the software I have paid for, yet not received. Your first e-mail stated that I would hear from you within 48 hours. I have not heard from you yet. It has been 72 hours and that’s not counting the 48 hours during the weekend. Please contact me AS SOON AS YOU GET THIS.

I have paid for Clock + and the money has cleared my bank, but I have not received my software registration number or full software download information via e-mail.
