I really enjoy baseball!

I enjoy baseball so much that I decided I wanted to try MLB.TV for a month to see how that worked and if I could watch my Texas Rangers. I signed up for the monthly/recurring subscription. I knew that I’d have to cancel it if I didn’t want it anymore. No problem; so I thought. After forgetting the first month to cancel it, MLB.TV took another $19.95 out of my checking account. OK, my fault. I went looking at the MLB.TV web site to cancel my subscription and couldn’t find it. I did find their “contact us” link and sent them an e-mail to ask how to cancel my subscription. Well, as a truck driver who spends at least 70 hours a week out on the road and not having Internet access, I waited until two days to send another e-mail to MLB.TV. What good that did. Two days later, my checking account is short another $19.95!

I just spent another e-mail to them. However, I’m not going to wait to tell all of you about the crappy “service” that MLB.TV provides. I can’t watch any of the Texas Rangers games because they are blacked-out. OK, fine. But they aren’t worried about responding your their customers and they will automatically take money from you even when you do want you can to cancel that action.

SO, DON’T ORDER MLB.TV – IT IS NOT WORTH IT! AND, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
